Skyblock is always so dead...

I love skyblock, Im one of the only active people, and i think skyblock is boring because its 10x harder to get slimefun resources. Thats why i think Sensible Toolbox would be a great addon.

Sensible Toolbox very similar to slimefun, and adds on to the slimefun guide. Although similar to slimefun, toolbox allows the collection of materials easier, whereas slimefun focuses more on armors, weapons, and food. I think it would benefit skyblock greatly, increasing popularity.

now, im still a newbie atm but i think it's not all that bad. i guess its also what u want to make of things, but the plug is nice and u still got all ur skyblock challenges and stuff. can be hard 2 get slime stuff but tbh... i think thats kinda part of the game here.

Yeah, I think that Plugin would be beneficial for Skyblock, Friksor . It only depends on what the staff think of it.
And AyanamiKun , you are right about Skyblock being more challenging than other gamemodes, but it still doesn't need to feel impossible and that there's no way to get an item without going through 15 steps...

I've been playing as much as I can and i am loving it! I've played skyblock before and am very familiar with it so I thought i would try out the hardest setting. But i still feel like its not hard enough. I'm still playing and enjoying it and plan on playing more and more, but if I had one suggestion it would be to make the hardcore setting actually "hardcore". And while i'm not good with plugins and how you could do this, but maybe not allowing loot keys for the hardcore setting. (side note: i LOVE the loot keys and think they are so cool......but maybe to make it hardcore you don't let people have them. if they want them they can play regular)

Also, is there a reason why you can't buy basic materials in the mini shop? you can buy a lava bucket, but no water bucket or ice. granted this is the opposite of my previous statement of making things more difficult, lol....but it just makes sense to be able to buy the basic starter stuff in mini shop. so i'm just curious

Not hard enough?? If we did that we would have NOBODY on skyblock! It's already dead enough... Is that really what you want?

And no loot crate keys? I've never heard something as absurd as this for what the post is about!
But if you really think it would help Skyblock publicity, then the staff have the final decision...

LOL!! when i think 'hard core' i think....HARDCORE! So far i'm doing so well.....and i dont feel challenged. TBH maybe i'm just that good?!?! (lol i kid) who knows. i just know i've played on a lot of skyblock servers and this is the first one to have loot keys (which i think is an awesome feature btw!) i'm just saying from my perspective when i'm looking for something 'hardcore' this doesn't really feel like it.

To be clear, i'm not knocking this skyblock server in any way! I absolutely love it! i'm just speaking for myself and no one else about wishing it was a tad more difficult on the hardcore setting.

Ok... Alright I get what you're saying. I guess I'm just more in need of free supplies in skyblock than any other gamemode because, well, you can't just explore and obtain it! Which shows how far from the "pro" mode I've fallen.
I learned to play Minecraft from a hardcore survival professional near one of the very first console releases in 2011, where if you died everything is gone, not just your stuff. As well as being very cautious to avoid a creeper blowing up your builds -- or worse -- yourself.
Ever since I've played on servers; however, I've become, well... soft. I admire someone who can survive and progress in an extremely bare environment, where everything is a gift!
